Default `55-`57 Chevy Master/ Booster Tilt

I`m about to mount a CPP 8" master cylinder & booster in my `55 Chevy. I have the accompanying mount bracket which tilts the whole thing off level. Is there a way to get this thing to mount level & 90 degrees to the firewall ?

    Good Morning,

The angle is calibrated to provide the correct pedal ratio needed in the 55-57's. On the rod it has a tag that tells you to drill a 3/8" hole 1" lower then the hole in the pedal currently. This allows full travel and the best pedal feel. If you try and straighten it you will have the linkage bind and the brakes will not work well.
