Default 1966 chevy truck tie rods too long to get proper alignment, drivers tie rod too long

My mechanic has had to run the driver side tie rod all the way in, and still cannot get the best front end alignment. Are there adjustable tie rods out there, or do I need to cut the driver side tie rod, and sleeve down?

In some cases this has to be done.
