I have a 67 Camaro with standard drum brakes with no power and I want to change over to power disc in the front or ?. What is the most econonical way or kit to do this? I do not have the expertise to do it myself so I would have to pay someone to install it, so any idea what someone might charge or how long it takes for the job?

Thanks,
67 Camaro

Good Morning,

Our most popular kit is this one: Classic Car and Truck Brake, Steering and Suspension Parts (http://www.classicperform.com/Store/1962_67_Chevy_Nova/6874CBKS.htm)
This includes everything needed to switch the drums to disc. All you have to do is add labor and brake fluid! We also sell the vacuum hose and fitting to actuate the power brakes from the engines manifold and the new brake line fitting kits to make this conversion a snap!

Since you are having someone do the installation; the front wheel kits come pre-assembled and greased (ready to go!) so that will help cut down on your labor cost.

Thanks for the info, but
The kit says for years 68 to 74, I have a 67 Camaro, will it work?
I also read where the steering arm might have to be modified?
Thanks
