Koted

PlastiKote’s Truck Bed Liner aerosol (264) features a unique trigger that makes it easier to use and keeps your hands clean while giving your truck bed maximum protection for a fraction of the cost of having the job done professionally. For customers who prefer to use a brushing application, PlastiKote Truck Bed Liner also comes in a gallon can (265G) or as part of a truck bed liner kit (265GK) which contains a gallon of Truck Bed Liner paint, roller frame and cover, scuff pad, roller tray and brush.
The features and benefits of PlastiKote Truck Bed Liner include its resistance to abrasions and its textured, non-skid recycled rubber granules that help prevent slips and falls. The flexible, textured surface minimizes cargo slippage, resists fading, and withstands extreme hot or cold temperatures. The hard, non-skid surface prevents rust and will not warp or crack and is gasoline resistant.

Metal Bumping

Eastwood’s new Hammer & Dolly Set includes three hammers made from 4140 chrome-moly steel with fiberglass handles and balanced for optimum impact. Each head is precision-machined, polished, through-hardened, and heat-treated for a lifetime of service and reliability.
“The three dollies have been designed to work with almost every surface angle and contour,” said JR Robinson, product manager. “Each dolly is hardened and hand-ground, then tumble-polished, for a smooth forming surface. The slapping spoon is also heat-treated and hand-ground for a straight and level hammering surface. Instead of producing as many as a dozen different hammer configurations, we created three hammers with a total of six tool heads. One hammer in particular is a combination metal-shrinking head and a door-skinning head, an innovation found nowhere else in the industry.”
Aside from auto body repair and metal work, this set can be also used for metal forming and shaping, general-purpose body repair, and custom fabrication.

Vintage Rumble

They are back! The famous heavy-duty mufflers that were used by the original hot-rodders in the 1940s and ‘50s are available once again. For those who are not familiar with Porter Mufflers, they are vintage steel-pac mufflers that have a very deep, desirable, unique sound. Porter Mufflers are still hand manufactured right here in the U.S.A. just like they were back in the 1930s. They are made from the same quality 16-gauge steel and stainless steel bodies, with a steel coil center. They are hand-packed with stainless steel giving them that classic vintage rumble your ride deserves. Special care goes into each hand-made muffler to assure they are of the highest quality, and built to last a lifetime.

Fittings That Fit

To cure the all-too-common problem of “spongy” brakes, noted chassis builder Art Morrison Enterprises has developed a special through-frame fitting that eliminates any fluid air pockets that can occur with other designs.
CNC-machined from stainless steel billet material at Morrison’s Fife, Washington facility, they can be used with any framerail up to 2-inches in width. Designed to accommodate standard AN–3 brake lines (male fitting on one end, female on the other), the AME Full-Pressure Fittings can be retrofitted to most any existing hydraulic brake system.

Relay Solution

Most AMC, Chrysler, Ford, and pre-1974 GM vehicles are equipped with OE resistor ignition feed wires. PerTronix Ignitor II and III ignition systems require a full 12V power connection between the ignition switch and the positive coil terminal which requires bypassing the ballast resistor or resistor wire, and in many cases, the original resistor wire is buried in the vehicle’s wiring harness. Adding a PerTronix power relay will eliminate digging through the wiring harness and replacing wires. This 30 AMP relay kit can also be used with the original Ignitor conversion kits or to power accessories as well. In addition to ease of installation, the relay kit minimizes voltage spikes by isolating the ignition power source from other high current equipment and provides consistent full battery voltage. No more voltage fluctuations from over loaded or worn out ignition switches, corroded connectors, and wires. Its universal design works with most battery ignition systems and its small size keeps your engine bay looking stock. Milestones

Like many small businesses, Dakota Digital started out as a hobby grown out of a garage. In this case, it was a love of cars and electronics alike that set the stage for the next quarter-century.
According to Founder and CEO, Ross Ortman, “The greatest joy of the last 25 years has been the ability to create and to put those ideas on a production floor right here in the USA. The excitement of taking a concept and making it into a real product that people want to use is an accomplishment that everyone here at Dakota Digital shares. I value the vote of confidence that the trend setters have in our latest designs and the assurance of those that save up their money just to make us part of their dream. These and everyone in between have entrusted us and I thank you for that.”
Dakota Digital designs and manufactures instrumentation and electronic accessories for custom vehicles of all varieties at their state-of-the-art manufacturing facility located in Sioux Falls, South Dakota.

Wiper Control

New from American Autowire is their Wiper Motor Low/High Speed Control Module that controls 2-speed motors with momentary ground activation and allows an intermittent swipe when the ground switch is held down. The module controls the park function of the wiper to prevent excessive wear on the motor. It includes a locking wedge to incorporate it into an existing accessory module as well as a standalone mounting bracket.
This electronic module accepts a momentary ground, most notable by a tilt wheel or turn signal level mounted momentary switch to operate a two speed “coast to park” wiper motor with either a single or two speed wiper switch. When the wiper switch is in the “low speed” or “on” position, alternate momentary grounds switch between high and low speed motor circuits. When the wiper switch is off, holding the momentary switch to ground activates the “intermittent swipe” option on the low speed circuit for as long as the momentary ground is held. The kit includes mounting bracket and detailed instructions.

EZ Wax

Waxing your truck used to be a big job but not anymore. Now you can do it with little effort with the new Eagle One Wax As-U-Dry.
Wash your vehicle and leave it wet, spray on Wax As-U-Dry, and dry with a towel or chamois; you’ll have that “just-waxed” look. It’s that easy.
Boasting an exclusive carnauba formula, Wax As-U-Dry reacts with water to quickly penetrate the surface leaving wax protection without haze, streaks, residue, and discoloring trim. It also contains an anti-corrosion additive that protects paint from rust, road salt, acid rain, and bird droppings.
