Arron can you help me? I purchased a stage four kit for my 72 Chevelle SS . The rear calipers will hit the frame if mounted to the front of the car. If mounted to the rear the calipers hits the shock? And the E brake cable dose not clip into the caliper correctly.

So far I have been calling in but little to no help here. I am trying this route to get answers.
Also the other problem that I have is the clamp that holds the brake line to the flex line dose not fit my car. There is no room for the clamp to go around the rear housing.

Any insistence would be great.

thanks

They should mount to the rear; that is how the E-brake cable is designed to work. For shock clearance use part #6472RSRB http://www.classicperform.com/Instructions/PDF/6472RSRB.pdf

Arron what about the clamp that holds the rear flex line from the calliper to the new hard line supplied. There is not room for it.

Thanks

the A body is about the only kit we have that the rear clamps for that are not useable. Simply tack weld the 90 degree bracket onto the diff.

Thanks Arron. That's what I was going to do.
