I just finished a restomod on my 1976 TA and I have a couple of annoying problems I am trying to figure out.

Parts:
CPP Showstopper Hydrastop setup with MCPV-1
CPP 500 Series gear box (14:1)
C5 Front brake kit
Borgeson P/S Pump for Hydro-boost (https://www.borgeson.com/xcart/product.php?productid=1716)
Right stuff detailing Rear disk conversion kit (with emergency brake)
New brake lines 3/16" to the wheels, and 1/4" front to back

I have three annoying problems:
1) leaking fitting on the return port of the gear box - I think the adapter is not tall enough to make a permanent seal.
2) When the brakes are applied my power steering locks up. I can still turn the wheel, but as soon as I release the brake pedal I get easy steering back.
3) I can't lock up the brakes. I have a firm pedal, but when I stomp on the brakes I just get a gradual slowing of hte car. It will hold from a stop on a hill, but if I am going at any speed it takes way longer to stop than it should with all these parts.

I have attempted to adjust the proportional valve, but not sure I have done it right.

Any ideas?

Thanks.
