      MJB Engineering Introduces New High-Flow Oval Air Cleaners

      MJB Engineering now offers custom high-flow billet aluminum oval air cleaners that feature filters from K & N and stainless steel hardware. The air cleaners will fit from one to eight carburetors or stacks, depending on size allotment, and are constructed from 6061TG aluminum plate. Several series of air cleaners are available from the company, including the SL Series, which are designed for Holley double pumpers, with a ˝-inch dropped bottom to fit Cobras, Corvettes and Mustangs.

      A new series of instrumentation has been introduced by Dakota Digital. The VHX Series of Instrumentation is designed to fit 1960-1972 Chevy trucks. The instruments in the series feature lighted needles, backlit faces and a full character message center for all displays.       K-Tool International (KTI) has announced the release of its new 7-inch polisher/sander. The tool has a multi-position handle that can accommodate both left- or right-handed technicians.
      The polisher/sanders includes a rubber polishing pad, hook and loop sanding pad and a wool bonnet. It’s equipped with an 11-amp, 120-volt AC ~60Hz motor. The variable speed control allows user to set maximum speeds from 1,000–3,000 rpm for different polishing applications.

      O’Brien Truckers has introduced new valve covers for the Buick Nailhead engine that are an exact copy of the famous Fenton valve cover, which hasn’t been available in over 50 years, said the company. The thick-wall castings come with a highly polished finish, just like Fenton supplied them. The valve covers will fit all Buick Nailheads from 264–425 cubic inches.

      Real Deal Steel has announced the release of its new steel 1957 convertible skeleton. The skeleton is the complete main body structure, less the exterior skins, which are available at an additional cost. The skeleton includes the full floor and trunk floor with all braces and supports, firewall/cowl/A-pillar and windshield frame assembly.

      It also includes the inner and outer rocker panels, inner quarters, trunk walls and wheelhouse panels and the complete trunk hinge assembly. All of the components are fixture-welded and ready for an exterior skin to be installed.

      Omega Kustom Instruments, the gauge division of Doc’s Kustom, has released a new “2-in-1″ speedometer/tachometer combo. The gauge features a 4.725-inch stainless bezel with a true glass lens, and comes in a choice of black, white, tan or silver.

      The gauge will fit a 4.375-inch hole, which allows it to be used in early dashboards. The speedometer features one-button programming, with an odometer and trip odometer. The tachometer is packaged at the bottom.
