Kaulig Racing to launch multi-car NASCAR Cup Series program

The charters were purchased from Spire Motorsports and Kaulig will use one to field a fulltime entry in Cup next season with driver Justin Haley, who currently drives for the organization in the Xfinity Series.<br>Haley, 22, has signed a multi-year contract extension with the organization, team owner Matt Kaulig said at Nashville (Tenn.)
