Rockenfeller to make NASCAR Cup debut at Watkins Glen with Spire

Spire Motorsports on Tuesday announced Rockenfeller will drive the team’s No. 77 Chevrolet in the Aug. 21 Cup race at Watkins Glen (N.Y.)
