Hendrick Motorsports will not appeal latest penalties

Last week,&nbsp; William Byron's&nbsp;No. 24 and Alex Bowman's&nbsp;No. 48 were each handed L1-level penalties.<br>They were docked 60 driver points and five playoff points, and two-week suspension was handed to the interim crew chiefs. There were also fines totaling $150,000.
