Options for a 1962 C-20

I have a 1962 Chevy C-20 with an 8 bolt pattern, and I am looking for advise for adding disk brakes

I was intent on keeping the 8 bolt to stay true to the c-20, but there are no kits I can find for this year, and would consider changing the whole suspension and drive train to make life easier.

What are my options? Could I replace the whole suspension and drive train with later year componants, without major modifications?
