Project XS still has a lot of rust to deal with, especially on the particulars of the of the windshield frame. So we went to work.If you've been following along on our Project XS Chevelle series, you know that we had an enormous amount of rust repair to deal with on this car. Enough that after this installment, only about 10 percent of the car's original sheetmetal will still be left, and most of that is in the firewall area.
