Horn problems

Hey all, I'm new to this forum and want to get everyones input on a problem I'm having with my CPP steering column. First off, I want to say I love my new column. I installed a CPP Chevy column in my 1927 Ford. What a difference. Now to the problem. I installed an Oohga horn in the car and want to use the horn button for the new horn. I had to install a relay per the instructions. After that work, I turned on the ignition and the horn sounded. I turned off the ignition and wiggled the horn part that goes through the steering wheel to the copper ring and now the horn will not sound at all. I followed the directions and put this plastic part that has the copper ring at the 10-11 oclock position. Any and all ideas would sure be appreciated. Other than this, the coumn functions great and the chrome finish really looks nice.:o
