Rotors Pitted and discoloring?

Anyone have had this problem with their rotors they have ordered?
Bought a brand new kits 3 years ago for my caddy, never installed them.
Car has been sitting for 5 years now. Got around last month to start on her again.
Opened box of parts in the orginal boxes etc and rotors where all pitted and rusted! they look horrible and I cant use them.
Even if have put them on car 3 years ago what would they look like today?

Any help here would be appreciated.
